      Professionalism in the company system is usually found. They have well developed management systems & procedures applied in the company. In addition company has history of successful projects completion.

      Cons

      Low salaries & growth. Salaries, facilities other benefits in company for employee are less as compared to world class companies. Also growth in company is also very slow.
