Leadership skills, Extreme Exposure, Technical strengthening, Personality development, Diversity and Interaction with international industry giants in Oil/Gas. Descon makes a good path for a starter. I came in as a Trainee Engineer and Mr Razzak Dawood has instilled in me Extreme Leadership skills and vision which I can utilize at all platforms of my career.

Cons

Timing, Schedule, Work life balance, pressure, remote sites, Travelling, salary, A little bit of politics, Bossy Management. You cannot excel unless you accept everything as it is. Lift yourself. Show them you are important. Its a big company. They cannot take care of everyone.
