Great Place for Fresh Engineering Graduates

Pros

Descon is a Pakistani Multinational company so its a great place to be for fresh pakistani engineers who move to other countries on Descon Projects. Even abroad the new comers feel at home. The attitude and behaviour of management is very motivating and encouraging.

Cons

Less training and growth oppurtunities. Nepotism is plaguing Descon. HR needs to be improved. Salary is a joke as compared to International Market.
