higher than market compensation compared to other firms on the street. Ability to get a lot of exposure and have a lot of responsibility.

Cons

Inadequate senior management that typically jockeys for position more than focusing on running a successful business stifles growth.

Pros

Good compensation in comparison with other software companies Possibility to have very little control over yourself if you play right. Good people.

Cons

Non result-oriented and highly political environment. People spend enormous amount of time on meaningless discussions. It is absolutely possible and widely encouraged to get promotions and salary increases just by feeding bulls..t to senior management. Many good specialists, who could otherwise deliver some value, figure this out and become highly paid politicians. Not to mention a wide layer of mediocre staff who just hide there doing nothing.
