Pros

Great team environment, positive recognition of good work, challenging work and opportunity to grow / move into new areas, work with people across the globe on a daily basis in which you are able to gain great cultural exposure, overall a very positive experience!

Cons

Communication across the bank is not always consistent, systems could be more user friendly and up to date, sharing knowledge and working across different business areas does not always go smoothly. Probably facing similar problems to other bank/organizations of its size.

Pros

Global, largely non-political, no state aid

Cons

In investment banking sometimes difficult to find the right work life balance. Not the best payer when compared to peers.
