Pros

Great leaders. Growing bank in the US. Hard working and talented employees. Great place to start you career. Diversified workforce.

Cons

Lack of senior leadership. Lack of direction and vision in the investment bank. Bonus compensation was lower than street averages.

Pros

A fair place to work and management really pushed work life balance for the staff. Financially it was paying at or above market.

Cons

Hierachical structure of the bank in the finance department was entrenched. Often had to stay late to finish off reports and systems were not the best.
