- Bureoucracy - Thing moves too slow - Over enginnering of things

- People have associated with this company in higher management are not capable. They runs company as family member company. - They judge people on there length of stay over that company - Higher mgt evens says that they are more domain focus oriented company they don't need very technical people. Beware technical people with good amt of exp. - Too much dependency of senior people. Senior people feel very insecure when they get some professional competition and involve into bad politics. - They follow the process only to confuse them and not applicable to employee those have stayed very long. - A flat structure with lots of politics (Indirectly there is a hierarchy but they don't claim it. ) - Even some senior guy does n't deliver that is ok. Sr. mgmt. never ask any questions. however you as a new employee would be always answerable. - Technical architects - Lacks Industry standards. Not open. very much focus on a badly designed application. Promotes them as good design. lack in depth of innovation. always promotes non standard design to screw up developer's life. Never promotes skill development. Few Director never understand what is innovation, skill development and even management tricks. Testing Team : Lacks testing vision and prospective even.
