Pros
Large corporation, good benefits, hybrid schedule (3/2) good work life balance.
Cons
The work culture has become toxic on some teams with excessive surveillance, favoritism, and/or exclusion that may go unchecked. Some Senior managers exhibited over-controlling or disengaged management styles and seemed to feel they were in competition with some of their team members and as result micromanaged and stifled innovation.
