Pros

no manual labor, paid time off, and the 401k is a lot better than most companies

Cons

lowest paying in the industry and expect to have the best customer service. What a joke!

Pros

Lots of time off and the ability to sit on your laurels

Cons

Yes sir culture. As a statistician, being told statistical significance shouldn't be a consideration as long as the idea sounds good to management is terrible, especially when the head of analytics says it because their background is accounting. Because of the lack of top down knowledge the role of management is to keep knowledge to themselves to keep control over resources and people. Also, the HR system allows managers to hire anyone even after you and others that interview someone advise against the person. This results in a lot of good looking employees in different departments but not necessarily the best for the job.
