Pros

The people are great and friendly, I am still close with many of my coworkers and was able to form close bonds. The company benefits are great, the call centers are laid out great and all technology is pretty up to date. Attendance policies are by far the most lenient I have ever seen.

Cons

Micromanaging, breathing down your neck constantly.... You can't be perfect enough here. Always being asked "what could you have done better?" even when you hit every single expectation on the head. Absolutely no room for advancement either, while the company as a whole preaches promotion from within, I never once saw if happen in the hundreds of interviews I witnessed. They were almost always hired externally.

Pros

Great benefits and flexible hours. Lots of bright people at the company.

Cons

Little room for growth, low pay. Probably not the best place to work for someone with high goals. Company lacks cohesive vision.
