Pros
I joined the company some months ago. My vibes were great from day one but everything is shiny at the beginning so I wait a bit to form my opinion. Now, I can say that my feelings didn't change from day one:
- The company cares about the employees, not only in terms of physic and mental health, but also about having a motivated team in the best mood for creativity.
- People cares about our users, I never get a "this would be bad for the business" answer when discussing some best practice for users. Also people cares in general: inclusivity, accessibility, sustainability are day to day discussions. We are not perfect and we have much to learn yet, but the company welcomes any kind of input, initiative or action to improve any of this points.
- Salary is super competitive, you feel valued as professional, also because when things go well they let you know (also when they don't so you learn)
- Personal boundaries are respected, when you end your day or your week you can just disconnect till the next day knowing that this is OK
Cons
Company is growing super fast and this is exciting, but at the same time is a bit chaotic in this moment.
