Pros
- Nice environment - Love the culture - They care about the employee and are super transparent - Have a lot of benefits like 6 months maternity leave, dental and health insurance, pharmacy discounts, transportation vouchers, food voucher, ESOP, etc - We have opportunities to grow with the company and make carreer - Management is very close, doing constant follow ups and 1:1 - You are heard. You can develop and apply a new project, give feedbacks and your opinion and will be listened, in the operation itself or own development.
Cons
- Hibrid job is mandatory nowadays for some areas - Developing team is not from our country, so the communication takes too long sometimes - More customer centric vision in other areas
