      You will never regret working in Docplanner

      Pros

      The product team is amazing. There are tons of outstanding professionals and they are open to hear everybody's voice. All people are open-minded and they adapt to changes so quickly. Environment is perfect to grow and learn. Furthermore, we can work with new technologies so from the technical perspective is a good place to learn new things.

      Cons

      Doing career plans sometimes is difficult cause they expect from you to be super proactive. You need to have the discipline to create your own path inside the company, nobody will do it for you. But you will have a lot of support from everybody. This is not a pure disadvantage but not everybody is prepared for this

      Pros

      Love working on a company that helps fulfilling basic needs, in this case, a fundamental one: health. Great challenges, fast-growing company Extremely good working atmosphere Super concerned about work/life balance despite the fast pace and the number of challenges. Flexible hours, remote work, shorter workday on Fridays and summertime,... And foremost caring for every person and every situation. International environment with teams in multiple countries. Truly self-managed teams with full autonomy to chase their goals. Not consultant-fake-agile. No politics. No bullshit.

      Cons

      These are not cons to me, but... If you like structure, corporate style, hierarchy, super stable environment you probably want to work somewhere else. Very few documentation Loosely defined processes

      Amazing people, autonomy and opportunities to grow!

      Pros

      - Directors are very open, flexible, give you a lot of autonomy and are transparent about all the decisions; - Data-driven company: in the product area, this is super important and the level of PMs and Directors make it easier because everybody wants to see data to make decisions; - Really good balance between work and personal life; - International company: every day you are talking with someone from a different country (Spain, Poland, Brazil, Mexico, Italy...); - Great people and friendly atmosphere; - We are growing fast, but I feel teams are very organized.

      Cons

      I can't see any cons, the company always made good decisions until now.
