Pros
- Really fully remote but with the option to go to the office whenever you want which I believe is the perfect setup - Great people - Super efficient recruitment process, just 3 meetings with nice discussions and questions to the point, without irrelevant and time consuming tasks for the position - company's values are very well reflected in day to day work on all levels including middle and higher management - interesting projects with real impact on patient and doctor's lives and a lot of room for innovation and potential for growth
Cons
I don't have much to say about disadvantages so far.
