* great atmosphere. You're working with a lot of people but they are all family at work * attractive salaries. You've got clear career paths that help you with your development and show you your money horizon * development opportunities. You can try new things and solutions (if it's possible of course, and if you have a time to do it). People are helpful and they are also your chance to develop * Nice office. Have you ever had an ambulance in the office? Here you can work from inside it ;) * transparency: management is really transparent with the business path that we're going on. * working hours: it's really elastic, especially if you prefer remote work and have you ownactivities
