      Pros

      DP is a place for ambitious people, who don't take 'no' for an answer. We challenge each others ideas on a daily basis. It's amazing how you can develop and how many new things you can learn in just one year.

      Cons

      DP is not a place for everyone. If you like sticking to the plan and changing the strategy is not in your nature - think twice. We always seek for the best solution even if it means changing our way of thinking during the project.
