      Pros

      - huge autonomy and responsibility - you have goals to achieve not tasks to do - great, crazy, talented and ambitious people (you are never the smartest person in a room) - family atmosphere and flexibility - you can't feel bored - a lot of things happen all the time

      Cons

      a lot of things is going on all the time and it affects communication
