Pros

People ask me how could I change the warm Barcelona (my hometown) for the cold Warsaw. When I tell them how awesome is working in Docplanner they understand it :) Apart from the excellent environment in the office, the freedom that I have to develop my ideas and myself in this growing company makes me love my job.

Cons

Polish is a difficult language to learn, I'm working on it. But with English I can talk with everybody in the office
