      - has a chance to become a booking.com of the healthcare market :) - flat structure - dynamic - growing very quickly - managers with track record of building startups

      Cons

      - not for people that look for stable environement - fairly oft changes in tactics, tests, etc - requires a lot of flexibility in terms of changing priorities
