      dynamic, huge challenges, very fast growth

      Pros

      Each quarter throws new challenges at you. It's almost impossible to settle. This means a fantastic place for someone who loves adrenaline and fast development. Autonomy is huge. You shape your job, you get a lot of trust at the beginning. Then you have to deliver. Then you feel like you're running your own company.

      Cons

      Closely connected with the Pros. Challenges are tough. You'll almost certainly fail once in a while. You need a lot of stamina and proactiveness to stay on top of things. Communication could be improved. There are a lot of things going on and there seems to be no owner of communication across all of the countries and over 250 people on board.
