      A place where you are welcomed, people listen to you, you have a voice and can present new solutions and projects, your family and your health are valued, you have access to everyone in the company.

      Cons

      In the base areas, there is still a gap in salary values in relation to other Start Up companies in BR.

      Pros

      I believe it is a place where you can actually develop skills and grow. The company is not interested only in you finishing tasks, but also in developing employees, which will bring value to the whole company. And that is great!

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons of working at DP, but I believe that, like in any other company, you'll have your ups and downs; so don't let this change the way you see the company. You'll have good times and stressfull times, but this happens in all aspects of life.

      Working at Doctoralia is feeling part of the company internally and externally! Amazing work environment, even at home office. I have learned a lot and improved as a professional! Also, thinking as a team, our opinion counts and we are treated with great respect, regardless of who we are and the position we occupy!

      Cons

      I would like to suggest a standardization in the career plans of the sectors with objective criteria (Human resources). I changed sectors and noticed this difference from one sector to another
