      Working at DocPlanner is a very nice experience. Flexible hours is a real thing. Well balance workload. Good pro-active mood and enthusiastic people. I am happy to work here. Healthy multicultural and international work environment.

      Pros

      The working environment is great! If you work remotely you will love the integration meetings. You have a very flexible schedule, while you complete your goals, you can manage the daytime as you want. Also, the salary is very competitive and the company has great plus like health insurance, gym package, ... Also, great offices!

      I can't tell really, so far they are doing it very well.

      The onboarding process is super well defined and valuable for a newcomer, and also everybody is willing to help you. There is a real feeling of team. Besides they encourage you to give feedback directly to your team members, so is super good to hear nice things from your colleagues, and also comments that help you to learn. Also, being a mother/father is the best place to work. Since you have a flexible schedule and also you can negotiate working half part.

      Cons

      Since is a big company and most of the time you are remote working, you cannot meet everybody face to face.
