Overall I have very positive experiences at doit, it is full of highly skilled proffesionals who take ownership, collaboarate and work at the highest levels. After more than 5 years in the company I am still able to learn new things from my colleagues on a regular basis. The company is forward thinking adopting AI and up to date practices and technologies as needed. There isn't too much red tape in the way of the developers. People are given responsibility and can really shine if motivated.

It is really amazing how many strong professionals there are at doit. There are experts for every common or hidden corner of cloud native operations. The finops DCI platform is good - I've used it for a couple of years before joining doit, anomaly detection performs very well - almost no FPs, flexsave really saves money, ai chatbot is pretty powerful and performs better than most. In the year I am at doit, the platform rapidly evolved with new functionalities (likecloud diagrams and a strong AI finops visibility and analysis). It feels the company is always on a move to the next big thing (or a few in parallel), actions align with communicated goals. You can learn a lot if you really listen in the all hands sessions. Fully remote - People are working together from over 50 different countries and works well.
