      Pros

      DoiT is an incredible place to work if you're looking for a company that balances high expectations with strong support. The leadership, especially the CEO, is both empathetic and decisive, setting a clear tone from the top that filters throughout the company. My manager and the head of our department truly know what they’re doing; they’ve built a team that’s not only capable but aligned and motivated. The goals can be ambitious, but they’re never unrealistic. Instead, they push you to grow, and you’re given the tools and autonomy to succeed. There's a strong culture of ownership, innovation, and transparency, and collaboration is encouraged across departments and geographies. Work-life balance is respected, and feedback is welcomed at all levels. You’re not just a number here, you’re heard.

      Cons

      Like any fast-moving company, priorities can shift quickly, and you need to be adaptable. If you're not comfortable with change or ambiguity, this environment may be challenging.
