      Excellent work-from-home setup with full support from the company. Smooth and transparent processes across teams. Collaborative and inclusive culture that values employee input. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employee well-being.

      Cons

      As with many remote-first companies, staying socially connected with colleagues can be a challenge if you don’t make an effort. Time zone differences may occasionally affect collaboration.
