On your advice about internal promotion: 41 Doers were promoted in Q1 2026, and we post every role at careers.doit.com with a strong preference for internal candidates (even when it slows hiring). I honestly take this seriously.
On work/life balance and politics, the specifics matter and a public reply can't do them justice. I'd genuinely like to hear more directly, if you're open to it.
