Pros

- Big bunch of colleagues come from GCP, AWS and other big tech companies so it's a great opportunity to co-create, build a network and be along the best colleagues in the market. - Management is good as well, they always take into account ideas and are always willing to help. - The company always wants to innovate and have a tremendous relationship with AWS and other vendors. - The plans for 2025 are well established and with recent acquisitions the way of bringing more value to customers is going to increase - You have the possibility to work from your home or in Ibiza (as long as you do your work) - Most of the people are willing to help you overcome challenges and the work environment is great.

Cons

With the launch of Cloud Intelligence and the recent acquisition of some companies the value proposition of DoiT is getting simplified but in terms of pricing will be challenging for SMB companies. The company's main fit goes to Enterprise companies, but in order to fully expand the capabilities to SMB as well pricing should be taken into account.

Personally, not Cons to report; however, it is important to understand that the company is growing, scaling, and innovating very fast. Subsequently, changes take place and it is important to be adaptable and lead yourself through the changes.

Pros

Work from home and fully remote. Solid vision for where the company wants to go. Kind people to work with. Strong focus on new pre-sales motion.

Cons

Post sales roles are not valued as highly with their new model. Some specific teams have no vision and no idea how to measure value. Non-sales teams take a backseat. In person events highly discouraged (unless you are on the Leadership Team of course).
