      - Cloud industry is complex and interesting - Dynamic environment - Some good people in the company that make then difference

      Cons

      - Toxic mid-level management - Leadership changed and since then things are volatile - You are treated as a number, despite what is communicated by HR and management - What is communicated externally is different than the reality

      If you're looking for a hyper-growth company with a disruptive approach, DoiT is the right place to be. They make you feel important and you have the chance to grow with the company.

      Provide time for education and training Great people and atmosphere Brilliant people to learn from and improve skills The company values its employee's feedback and takes employee feedback very seriously. You are not just a number but can contribute to several different areas. Room for growth Great work-life balance. The best I have seen at a company.

      Cons

      Working remotely sometimes has the disadvantage of getting a little lonely on some days, but most of the time, the collaboration is excellent and productive with team members.
