      I recently joined DoiT at a position of Account Executive, and for now my experience has been rather positive. From the very beginning, it was evident that this IT company values its employees and fosters a work environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. The onboarding process at DoiT was seamless and well-organized. DoiT has a structured orientation program that efficiently integrates new employees into the team. The warm welcome from colleagues and the accessibility of management made me feel part of the family right from day one. The work culture at DoiT is very dynamic but inclusive. Being entrepreneurial is the main principle you will apply in your day-to-day business. You have a great possibility to be creative and influence things.But it also comes with the responsibility. The open communication channels and the willingness of team members to share knowledge create an environment where I feel valued and empowered.

      Cons

      This company is very result-driven dynamic environment that might time to time feel overwhelming. You have to own and earn your work-life balance.

      Great work environment with high performers everywhere you look. Great compensation and benefits. Agile and forward thinking. Growing fast but still feels small. Transparent communication from leadership

      Cons

      Fast growing means teething problems and small process gaps every now and again. Some functions run out of bandwidth.

The company culture is one of its strongest assets, with a clear mission that drives the company and shapes our work environment. The support from the team is exceptional, with a commitment to deliver the company vision. The company also invests heavily in continuous learning and innovation.

      Cons

      Like any fast-growing company, there are challenges. Work-life balance can sometimes be affected due to the dynamic and constantly evolving nature of the work. The company does encourage and offer coaching on work-life balance, but the fast-paced environment combined with remote only can sometimes blur the lines between work and personal time.
