      Pros

      DoiT trusts it's employees and creates a good working environment. You have time for personal and professional development as long as you do your job correctly.

      Cons

      Working 100% remotely can be stressful without boundaries, it may take time to get used to it (depending on the personality). Once you do, you can schedule your day-to-day life much better

      Great culture. Company is innovative and ready to adapt change in cloud, keeps the employees updated and involved in the upcoming changes. I find DoiT a thriving and futuristic Multi cloud partner where one can surely grow professionally.

      There are no cons as such, each person who joins DoiT should have tech/cloud background to support their role
