      Pros

      It is a real pleasure to work in the company. - All colleagues are extremely friendly and supportive. - Many colleagues are top notch professionals. The other colleagues do their best to be there. - It is ridiculously easy to keep work life balance here. The managers even assist you with it. - The processes and codebase are constantly improving. The company is open to new ideas and experiments.

      Cons

      The processes (testing, deployment, monitoring, etc.) and codebase quality are not ideal. There’s room for improvement. However the company is moving in the right direction.

      - Everyone is very warm and nice - A lot of available information for almost everything within the company - Super good onboarding - Plenty of tools and resources who makes your life easier

      Great and Smooth Onboarding

      - Well-formatted onboarding tasks. - Straight-forward and organized onboarding procedure. - Nice, supportive and friendly colleagues, and teams. - Wonderful company culture - Due to the remote-first nature, there is a home-office budget.

      Cons

      - Nothing so far, except the high number of onboarding tasks which is not that bad.
