      Incredible Interview Process & Culture

      Pros

      Coming into DoiT was a seamless process. The interview experience was incredible, I was informed of each step along the way and had an understanding of who I was meeting with each step forward and what was expected of me. The interview process moved along very quickly, and I was kept in the loop the entire time. The DoiT team makes you feel like family coming in the door, and everyone I've interacted with has been so personal and welcoming. I'm beyond excited to be a part of this growing team and to be a pioneer in driving the business!!!

      Pros

      Team oriented and supportive culture. Teammates are genuinely helpful and we are providing world class support to our customers. It makes my job much easier when I can see how our customers gain new insights with every engagement. Still growing and there's opportunity for career growth.

      Cons

      Standard challenges or growing pains with a fast growing company...new processes and unknown next steps when tackling a project. Nothing that we can't get past though.
