Transitioning to remote-first was the right move for our business as we looked to expand globally and offer our team around the world more flexibility and autonomy. But I know it's not for everyone. We do our best to support the connectivity of our team through in person gatherings at Kickoffs (like the ones we held in Miami and Athens, Greece this year) as well as in-person happy hours or events in areas were a lot of Do'ers are located (Tel Aviv is a key example of this) and a full spectrum of remote events to engage our broader team. For those that truly need to be in an office every day, working at a Remote-First company is likely not a fit. I hope you get what you need in your next opportunity.
