      Pros

      DoiT is a very nice place to work. People are very friendly and helpful. 100% remote working, unlimited PTO, time of self development (company encourages individuals to take the ownership), platform for rewarding colleagues with monthly top up from company etc some of the perks.

      Cons

      DoiT is trying to be a better everyday for its's employees as well as customers. Like every organization DoiT is also not perfect. There are further opportunities for us to be proactive than reactive.
