Pros

pay was good, and the training was good as well before I became an GM at my own store, I had a great trainer. There are career opportunities but only if you are in the elect crowd lol.

Cons

...... everything else. I mean they pulled me out of training 2 weeks before i was finished up (I was learning and adapting quickly) they pulled me out because another GM walked out and quit no notice. I was told I would have support and would basically be in training for another 2 weeks at my own store that was not true at all. I had no help or support and my DM was brand new so he was not helpful either. GMs were quitting left and right and I should have known by the job ad when they were hiring multiple GMs that was a red flag. I would not recommend working here at all. Worst job i have had in my decade of food service. On call 24/7 and NO SUPPORT from higher ups. They lie to cover themselves. Work life balance nonexistent.
