Pros

You're getting paid at the end of the day.

Cons

Minimum pay, high expectations, your hours will get cut substantially if your store does not have enough "traffic." You will be pushed to upsell and drive more customers in, with management expecting crew members to improve sales. If machinery/equipment is not functioning properly or is completely disabled, it will take weeks or even months to be repaired. Regardless of this, products are still expected to be put out on time and at "good" quality.

Pros

20% discount on food/drinks while working Able to work at multiple store in network

Cons

Management put only minors on closing so that they could yell at them the next day. Management was also really disorganized and hostile towards employees. Once put me on the schedule at a different store (which I didn't have access to the schedule at), and then tried to fire me saying it was a no call no show. And don't expect a raise! Been working there 3 years and haven't seen a single person make above minimum.
