IT'S NOT WORTH IT

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

You smell like donuts at the end of your shift.

Cons

-They do not care about you. -They don't train properly. -I've been waiting for my W2 but they got my address wrong when the interviewer filled out my information for me... -I quit soon after I started because it was chaos from the get go. -Also, if you have an issue, such as a W2 you've never received, do not waste your time calling corporate, they said they couldn't do anything for me and to contact my manager. -Franchises switch hands so frequently, a year later you don't know whether the same people are going to own the store or not. -It is not worth the run around with this business. -There is plenty more to say, but If I went on, I'd surely end up writing a book.

Depends on franchise

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Make great friends, had fun most days as long as you have a good team

Cons

It all depends on the location and franchise you work at. Some hire people that should not have gotten hired, and then they take forever to fire them. HR sucked in the franchise I worked in, but it’s not like that in all locations.
