Great!

Pros

Flexible schedule, near and friendly environment! I work there now. Well on my 15-min break I get food and coffee, there aren't certain things that you have to pay for though like coolattas and the flatbread. I'm only working part-time so I don't know what benefits working full-time gets you. I'm sure you could probably find that on their website. Anyone ever working a minimum-wage job can tell you that it's not a brainless job or for lazy people. Skill wise, my short term memory has definitely increased, I've learn to move faster, prioritize orders, handle jerk or just frustrated customers, improve your customer service skills, quick mental math, etc.

Cons

Everything good! Good management and good location!

Pros

Hours are flexible. Great health benefits. Constant business throughout the day keeps you alert and active. Very organized place of business with clearly defined daily duties. Advancement to managerial level.

Cons

Customers sometimes treat workers as if they were second class citizens. Customers failure to know that some employees come from well respected backgrounds in accounting, military and high level construction.

Frustrating

Pros

Co-workers are fun. Free coffee and donut when you are on the clock. EXTREMELY casual workplace.

Cons

You get hired for fulltime hours and they keep cutting them in half until you work 15 hours or less. Management complains they're overstaffed but keeps hiring new people. Too many people get away with not being "available" on weekends, so nobody else ever gets a weekend off. Other employees don't do their job and you have to clean up after them, they suffer no consequences. Raises are promised all the time but NEVER happen. If you ask for more hours they will tell you yes but never give them to you. Pays less than most jobs of the same caliber. If you're responsible you keep gaining more and more duties without an ounce of extra compensation. The health insurance they offer is a joke, but you won't hold on to it long enough to experience this because your hours will get cut beyond eligibility unless you are a friend or favorite of management.
