Pros

Relatively easy to work out a schedule if you need time off. Decent crew to work with. Ability to excel for a hard working individual.

Cons

If you don't like early mornings, this company and position may be difficult for you. Then again, what else would you expect.

Pros

Regulars, decent co-workers who actually work, not often do you find them. Early shift, that's where you make your tips.

Cons

Horrible management skills. No BREAKS! 15mins for an 8hr shift is not acceptable for busting your ass, litterally. Constant drama.

customer service experience to learn and expand on. Leadership is another quality one gains as they move up to become a shift leader.

Cons

Horrible hours. Expected to move shipments. No break periods. Jobs not evenly distributed. Managers do not allow for a lot of time off.
