Pros

They pay on time every week, and honestly they usually maintain the schedule that is posted for work hours. As long as you give them a week's notice, getting time off isn't an issue.

Cons

Some of the sales techniques suggested are just terrible, don't work, or lead to a lot of negative feedback from customers. Seeing as they put customer service above all else, it doesn't make a lot of sense.

Pros

all and all its a job, there is something nice about not ever having to use your brain for work

Cons

even though it is a job there is no room for advancements, pay raises, or overtime hours because the managers want to spend the least amount of money as possible.
