No appreciation for employees

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

The work is not hard. It does get stressful sometimes. But it is overall stressful because of the staff itself. Management does try to work with their employees other activities.

Cons

It isn't a very clean environment and management never shows their appreciation for good work ethics. Also some people that hold management positions are not qualified.
