Pros
Really almost anyone can do this job and overall it’s very easy if you can manage multitasking and moving fast. The food and drinks have instructions posted everywhere and on the tag itself so you don’t even really need to memorize those. If you’re even somewhat competent you have a shot at management or something else eventually.
Cons
Customers treat you horribly when they have a problem and will try to get you fired over a sandwich. Management usually is typical for fast food, which is both good and bad.
