The company offers a safe job, a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits.
Cons
The lack of communication between different units (e. g. preparative laboratory, analytics, project management etc.) set back the progress of the projects. Some old bad habits are still present at many areas and it is hard to change them to find a better and a more effective way to improve.
