High cafeteria (SZEP CARD 35k huf/month for every employee), if u dont have xp, its a place where u can learn and try out things

Cons

Low salary, zero inflation follow-up, zero carreer opportunity, Top-down managment culture (even if they are not right)

Cons

All business run on good management however the company is fractured and the management dont realise the worth of the employee - Too much control from the heads in Paris who dont understand the machinations of areas outside of Europe.
