Pros

I can honestly say that there are none. Looking back I can not think of one positive experience I had with this company. Upper management, corporate, immediate management and all co-workers were all amazingly awful people to be around. The overall culture of poor ethics, low integrity and petty attitudes ran rampant throughout the company.

Cons

Unethical, unprofessional, mean, incredibly under managed. Most of my supervisors were incredibly under educated and did not belong in their positions. General Manager was an incredible drunk, immediate supervisor was a foreigner and vastly prejudice towards anyone other than "his own". Immediate supervisor was the most unethical person I have ever worked for. Company stealing and overbilling seemed to be an accepted practice and people who called them out on it were immediately fired.

Pros

It is a stable company, so job is pretty secured. Workload is manageable, with some overtimes, but not crazy.Pay is ok, not great.

Cons

There is no training for new hired and on going training. There is not much career growth in this company. Hiring process is not fair. Most of the time, managers already have someone in mine for new posting.

Pros

Great benefits: 3 weeks vacation plus sick days as soon as you start Great opportunities to travel and work: GDF Suez Raid, Plant tours, Employee meetings, and other events Great atmosphere: not very stressful (more European) Lots of company paid lunches

Cons

The bigger the company the harder it is to change anything on your own. Lots of bureaucracy. Very department oriented thinking and as a result no clear understanding of the big picture. Pay could be more competitive. Training what training?
