      Autonomy, flexible working hours, no supervision

      Cons

      From the moment management get involved in anything, then showers of roses begin. They could not organise anything, in fact complicate matters delay issues at ground level and deny responsibility seems to be best working practice. Less than one percent payrise and no appreciation at all for hard work.
