A huge selection of projects. You can really pick something worthwhile. The company is very friendly overall and doesn't put pressure on employees. There are a huge number of competent, kind, and proactive people working here. So far, this is the most reasonable company of all the outsourcing firms I've had to work at.

Cons

You can feel the influence of AI psychosis - AI is being added everywhere, whether it's needed or not.

Cons

Nothing as such, it's just you have to give interview for every project. So you have to be interview ready all the time.
