      Many opportunities to grow and learn. Good people around and good professionals. Being a multinational outsourcing company, if you get bored with a project, you don't have to change the company just the project.

      May have to work long hours without overtime pay.

      Salary good, these days firing a lot of anywhere employees especially from India

      Job Insecurity, Discrimination, and biasness from Eastern EU colleagues and management, firing employees especially anywhere resources in a bad manner, Difficult to get the profile matches your experience and skills in any project.
