      Cons

      Specific manager who insisted I work on a holiday to work on a non-urgent sales proposal... and he's had a strike on this before.

      Like a freelance but with office.

      Finding a project on internal network is a bit faster than on linked in.

      Cons

      They just don’t negotiate about position and benefits. All of in all, Career ladder is unavailable due to “Promotion freeze”.
