Pros

The digital engagement practice is talented, as are most of the engineers I've worked with. The brand of engineering excellence goes a long way in opening doors for sales opportunities.

Cons

It's a cold, loveless work environment. It's difficult to describe Eastern European culture in such a short space. I recommend reading Dostoyevsky or Tolstoy.

Pros

1. Good Learning Opportunities in different tech stack. 2. Flexible working

Cons

1. Ratio of Management to Employees is very high [ Too many managers associated in a project which adds to the micromanagement in the end] 2. Once you are moved to bench it is very hard to get into a project. Even for Project with 3-4 months duration client expects multiple interviews and to make thing more worst EPAM internally has started to interview candidates for screening which at times is irrelevant 3. No long term projects . Short term projects from 3-4 months to 6 months and in rare cases one can get a project for an year. 4. Once project duration ends employee is back to step 2 and has to go through the same trauma. 5. Lesser Opportunities for Leads as most more than 80 percentage opportunities will be for junior and senior developers 6. Lesser number of sick leaves 7. No project parties , cheaper yearly gifts and zero onsite opportunities 8. Almost Zero Yearly Increments.

Pros

100% Remote working only in epam

Cons

1st round was technical 2nd round manager 3rd round HR GOT THE OFFER, JOINED and then: I attended 4 to 5 project interview after joining EPAM anywhere I got one project, and after 6 months team leader shared the low performance rating as my skill set was not compititive to project. This is rediculus. The team leader was very harsh and have attitude because he was working since 14 years. Hr and manager are not helpful. They directly asked you leave the company if you have low performance ratings.
